Nursery Teacher – Lambeth – Immediate Start 
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a welcoming primary school? A vibrant and inclusive mainstream primary school in Lambeth is seeking a passionate Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team. Role Overview: 
  • Position: Nursery Teacher 
  • Location: Lambeth 
  • Start Date: Immediate 
  • Contract: Full-Time / Temporary to Permanent 
  • Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on experience) 
 
About You: 
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent Early Years qualification. 
  • Has experience working in an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting. 
  • Is passionate about early childhood development and creating engaging learning experiences. 
  • Has a strong understanding of EYFS curriculum, phonics, and child-led learning approaches
  • Can create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged. 
  • Works well as part of a team, collaborating with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and parents to support children's development. 
  • Is adaptable, proactive, and able to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners. 
 
Your Responsibilities: 
  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
  • Foster a love of learning through play-based and structured activities
  • Assess and track children’s progress, identifying areas for development and support. 
  • Support children's social, emotional, and language development
  • Work closely with parents and carers, providing updates on children’s progress. 
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all children.
