Learning Support Assistant – Specialist School – Haringey – Immediate Start 
 
Are you passionate about supporting children with additional learning needs? Join a specialist school in Haringey as a Learning Support Assistant, where you will play a key role in helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally in a supportive and inclusive environment. 
 
About the Role: 
Location: Haringey 
Pay: £102 - £115 per day 
Start Date: Immediate 
Interview Date: ASAP 
 
You Need: 

• Experience working with children with SEN or additional learning needs. 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with teachers and specialists. 

• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting students. 

• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with additional needs. 

• Assisting teachers in adapting lessons and resources to meet students’ individual learning styles. 

• Supporting students in their communication, social skills, and emotional development. 

• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom. 

• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to implement support strategies.
