Our client  we provides high-quality technical building services across commercial and hospitality clients in London. We are seeking a HVAC Technical Services Manager to oversee our service and maintenance contracts, lead a small but skilled team, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction across prestigious sites.




The Role


As the HVAC Technical Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of planned and reactive service contracts, providing technical support to engineers, and building strong client relationships. This is a hybrid role with flexibility between office, site, and remote working.




Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage service & maintenance contracts across London.
  • Provide technical support and leadership to a team of 5 AC Engineers and 3 Multi-Skilled Engineers.
  • Conduct bi-weekly client visits to ensure service excellence and maintain strong relationships.
  • Carry out asset surveys, site audits, and technical reports.
  • Manage staff performance, appraisals, and development within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory, and industry standards.
  • Work closely with senior management to improve service delivery and identify opportunities for innovation.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in a technical management role within HVAC, Building Services, or Facilities Management.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (AC, chillers, boilers, controls).
  • Ability to manage a small team of engineers, providing both technical and managerial support.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Flexibility to travel to client sites across London.
