Cook / Chef - Essex CM3

Here at Pertemps Network Catering we are actively recruiting for two cooks / chefs to work with our client based in Essex CM3 on a long term temporary basis.Based at a Nature reserve, reservoir and fishery you will work as part of the catering team in the onsite Coffee Shop & Café.
Job Details

• Location: Nature reserve, reservoir, and fishery in Essex CM3
• Role: Cook/Chef in the onsite Coffee Shop & Café
• Hours: 8am – 3pm
• Shifts: 3 – 5 days per week on rota, including 3 out of 4 weekends
• Salary: £12.60 - £14.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and service for visitors and guests
• Working from a traditional menu offering cooked breakfast and lunch options
• Part of a team of four

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in high volume catering establishments
• NVQ Catering, Food Hygiene, and Food Allergen certificates (ideal)
• Flexible approach to duties
• Own transport due to remote location
