Adult Social Worker, Islington  
Islington Learning Disability Partnership- Adults and Transitions - Social Work with minimum of 2 years experience. There are currently two different roles across the service being recruited for: 1x vacancies The role is working to complete the backlogs of reviews/assessments across the service- mainly Transition/Progression to Adulthood (PTA) service 18 - 25 years old. There is a strong emphasis on someone who is capable and confident in completing these tasks in a very timely manner. Someone with experience of working with clients with a diagnosis of Mental health, Autism and ADHD Caseload max up to 25. Flexible working arrangements can be offered but all visits and majority of meetings need to be in person. Need to be in the office around twice a week. 
£32.52 per hour
