Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Allocation and Verification Team Manager for a Local Authority in the South London area.
This is an Agency role and you will need experience of a similar role in a Local Authority setting
Key Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the on the development, coordination and management of the Allocation and Verification service ensuring optimum use of housing stock within the borough pursuant to the Council’s policies and statutory provisions under Part VI of 1996 Housing Act.
- To also be responsible for the medical assessment functions, expansion of new housing initiatives and the management and facilitation of exceptions cases.
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
