Senior Social Worker - UASC and 16+ Pathways Team, Shropshire 
 Rate - Up to £33.10  
Cases for unaccompanied asylum seekers, placed predominantly in the West Midlands. Working with 16+ young people, living predominantly in the Shropshire area, but there can be distance driving. Recording is essential and keeping within timescales, good assessment skills and analysis. Conflict resolution, working with vulnerable and dysregulated teenagers, who have been through trauma and negative lived experience. CSE knowledge and skills Return home interviews, building a positive and trusting relationship with the young person. Preparation for supervision, and ensuring supervision is prioritised. Reflection and feedback, seeking direction as and when required. Please complete the DFE cover sheet - CVs will be rejected with out this Predominantly from home, but expected to come into the office on duty days and for team meetings, and other meetings that are arranged by People’s Directorate - One day in the office, 4 days working from home per week
