Independent Reviewing Officer, Cambridgeshire 

Location: Scott House, but IROs work a mix from working from home / field work / working from any CCC office  
Duration of assignment: 13 weeks Working hours: 37 hours Rate: £42ph umbrella 

• Chairing statutory Child in Care Reviews in person • Ongoing monitoring of progress of childrens care plans / pathway plans • Identifying areas of drift and delay in permanence for children, and escalating as per CCC’s Escalation Policy • Visiting children outside of Reviews • Travel to children at their care placements, 50% of whom reside outside of Cambridgeshire.
