Adult’s Social Worker, Substance Misuse Team, North Lincolnshire 
Pay rate to £35 per hour 
Contract role, Substance Misuse Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in the Scunthorpe area. 
This is to assess those experiencing substance misuse and their suitability for inpatient detox and residential rehab in line with the Care Act (2014) and National Treatment Agency criteria. As part of this working in partnership with community services to ensure service users are motivated to achieve abstinence prior to admission and then co-ordinate aftercare packages to ensure service users have the best chance of maintaining recovery.
