The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Key Stage 2, you will support class teachers with daily learning activities, provide targeted intervention sessions and offer 1-2-1 support to pupils who may need additional help. You will work across core subjects, helping to raise attainment and build pupils’ confidence and engagement with their learning.

This role is ideal for a graduate with a strong academic background who is considering a future in teaching. You should be confident, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute to the progress of young learners. Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
