The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support class teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons across the curriculum. Your role will include providing 1-2-1 and group interventions, encouraging pupil participation, and helping children to stay on track with their learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills needed for a future career in teaching.

The Candidate
This role is ideal for a graduate who is enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about making a difference in children’s education. You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Experience working with children in any capacity is desirable but not essential.
