A welcoming special school in Solihull is seeking a Primary Teacher to lead a small class of pupils with a range of additional needs. As a Primary Teacher in this SEND class, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of each pupil. You will work closely with a team of experienced teaching assistants, therapists, and senior leaders who are all dedicated to supporting both staff and students. The school provides excellent facilities and resources designed to help every child reach their full potential.
Job Role:
- Teaching a small class of primary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs.
- Planning and delivering creative, individualised lessons that support academic and personal development.
- Working closely with teaching assistants to ensure all pupils are supported effectively.
- Fostering a positive, nurturing learning environment that promotes engagement and confidence.
