Are you a passionate Maths Teacher looking to make a difference in an alternative provision setting? This dynamic alternative provision is seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2025 on a long-term supply basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working with small groups of students and thrives in a setting where strong behaviour management and meaningful relationships are key.

You will be teaching Maths to small classes of Key Stage 3 and 4 students who have been excluded from mainstream education and benefit from a more personalised, structured environment. With a supportive leadership team and a collaborative staff community, this role is ideal for a confident teacher with a real love for their subject and the ability to engage and inspire students with SEMH needs. This role requires Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Job Role:

• Teaching Maths to small groups of students in Key Stage 3 & 4
• Creating lessons that make Maths engaging, accessible, and relevant
• Using effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
• Working closely with pastoral and support teams to meet students’ individual needs
• Encouraging progress through consistent routines and positive reinforcement
