Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for a new opportunity? This welcoming two-form entry primary school in North Birmingham is seeking an experienced Year 4 Teacher to join their supportive team. As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their full potential. You will work collaboratively with your year group partner and the wider Key Stage 2 team to ensure consistency in teaching and learning. Strong classroom management and a solid understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum are essential for this role. This role requires a teacher who has previous experience teaching a Year 4 class. Qualified teacher Status (QTS) is essential to be considered for this role. ECTs are welcome to apply.
Job Role:
- Teaching a Year 4 class, ensuring all pupils make progress.
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel supported.
- Working closely with the leadership team and fellow teachers to maintain high standards.
- Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress to inform planning and intervention.
