This Alternative Provision in Birmingham is seeking a passionate QTS Science Teacher to inspire and support students with SEMH needs. With class sizes of just 8-10 students, you’ll have the freedom to tailor your lessons, supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to help students rediscover their love for learning in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Job Role:

• Teaching science to small groups of students with SEMH needs, up to GCSE level.
• Breaking down barriers to learning and creating engaging lessons that capture students’ interest.
• Working closely with experienced Teaching Assistants to provide personalised support.
• Inspiring students to achieve their potential and develop a passion for science.
• Creating a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment.
