Job Role:
- Providing 1-2-1 and group support as a Teaching Assistant, ensuring students feel supported and valued.
- Working alongside the class teacher as a Teaching Assistant to deliver engaging lessons.
- Helping students to develop key social and emotional skills in your role as a Teaching Assistant.
- Supporting students who need extra help to regulate behaviours and engage in education.
- Participating in school activities and reward days as part of your Teaching Assistant role.
- Be supported in your Teaching Assistant role by experienced staff and leadership.
