English Teacher – SEMH School
QTS English Teacher required for an exceptional SEMH school known for its outstanding leadership and supportive environment. This dynamic SEMH school is seeking a skilled English Teacher to join their team and inspire students to develop a passion for literature and language. This role is ideal for a QTS English Teacher confident in teaching small classes of students with SEMH needs and enthusiastic about breaking down barriers to academic success.

Job Role:
  • Teaching small classes of students with SEMH needs.
  • Planning and delivering English lessons tailored to meet the individual needs and abilities of students.
  • Creating engaging and interactive lessons that foster a love for English language and literature.
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team to provide exceptional education for every child.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively, utilising de-escalation techniques when necessary.
  • Participating in school-wide activities and reward days to enhance the school community.
