Pay rate to £34 per hour

We are recruiting for experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Leicestershire 
This is to work in a Transforming Care Team 
Transforming Care social worker post is a post that is specifically for Hospital discharge for complex Learning Disability and/or Autism and Mental Health patients
