Adult’s Social Worker, Learning Disability Team, Wolverhampton 
Pay - £33.20 per hour 
Contract role – LD Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Wolverhampton 
This is to work in a Learning Disability Team, and the Local Authority are looking for someone with: 

• Extensive experience with learning disability and autism 

• Knowledge of Transforming care, dynamic support register, building the right support. 
  Knowledge of joint funding pathways 
  Knowledge of the Mental Health Act including S117 aftercare, CTR/ECTR and inpatient reviews/discharge planning 
  Ability to complete MCA and community DOLS applications
