Pay rate to £32 per hour 
Contract role, Adult Community Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult’s Social Worker in the East Midlands. 
This is to work in an Adult Community Team in Derby, so will involve  

• Working for Derbyshire Dales North Adult Social Work Team. 

• Carrying out assessments to clients in community including Learning Disability and Physical Disability.  

• Require a Social who has experience of working with clients with Learning Disabilities needing residential care or supported living
