Pay rate to £34 per hour 
Contract role, Learning Disability and Autism Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult's Social Worker in Bath NES 
This is to work in a Learning Disability and Autism Team 
This will be completing Care Act Assessments and Reviews, carrying out Mental Capacity assessments and proceed with support planning through our Brokerage service. This is targeted work on our 'longest waits' from our waiting list whether that be for an annual review, unscheduled review or first Care Act Assessment. 
 
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
