Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Planning Officer for a Local Authority based in the West Midlands area.
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity.
You will be:

Providing pre – application advice. – offering guidance to applicants.
Preparing planning documentations.
Managing applications – overseeing the entire process of planning applications.
Handling planning appeals.

Essentials:

A Degree in Planning/ Designing or a related field.
Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
Strong working knowledge of UK Planning Laws and Regulations.
Relevant UK work experience.
Experience of supporting decision makers.
