Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Senior Planning Enforcement Officer for a Local Authority based in North West London.
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity and only apply if you have the Right to Work in the UK and has relevant experience.

You will be:

Responsible for the processing of the Development Management matters within the Enforcement Team.
Drafting statutory notices and related appeals including negotiations and conflict resolutions.
Liaising with all parties involved.
Case management of complex enforcement cases.
To be the council’s expert witness in enforcement appeals.

Essentials:

Right to work in the UK – the Council will not be able to provide sponsorship for this opportunity.
Relevant degree or professional qualification, membership of relevant professional organisation or relevant experience.
Relevant industry knowledge.
Previous experience of working within a Council is beneficial but not essential.
Record of achievement in a similar role.
