My client is a casual dining restaurant based in Birmingham City Centre, looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead their team in providing high quality service to all their customers

The duties and responsibilities of the General Manager will be:
  • · Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring proper performance and a positive work environment.
  • · Oversee customer service, address complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • · Manage budgets, control costs, track sales, and analyse financial performance.
  • · Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labour regulations.
  • · Develop marketing strategies, engage with the community, and promote the restaurant.
The ideal General Manager will:
  • Have experience in a Restaurant Management position
  • Have experience in a casual dining setting
  • Be passionate about the industry
  • Flexible, dedicated and good customer service skills
Job-type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000 per annum,

Schedule: 5/7 days, 8-12 hour shifts
