This hybrid-working role pays £300 per day, offering flexibility and the chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans, ensuring statutory requirements and timescales are met.
• Work closely with young people, families, and professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred plans.
• Provide advice and guidance to schools and settings regarding EHC processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with GDPR and organisational standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice within the service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as an EHC Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS check.
