Pertemps are recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapy Team Manager to join Enfield Council, overseeing a busy in-house, therapy-led reablement service.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with the CQC Registered Manager and OT Assistant Team Manager to deliver a high-quality reablement service.
• Support residents following hospital discharge and within the community, with a strong focus on maximising independence.
• Provide supervision and leadership to OT staff, ensuring the service remains outcome-focused and resident-centred.
• Triage referrals and collaborate with the registered manager to make best use of in-house care capacity.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to shape and drive a therapy-led reablement service, making a real difference to the lives of Enfield residents.
