💷 Pay Rate: £13.10 – £13.63 per hour
🕗 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (some flexibility required)
📄 Contract: Temp to Perm

A well-established food production and distribution company in Evesham is looking for an organised and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with logistics or warehouse coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating daily outbound deliveries and preparing all dispatch paperwork
• Liaising with drivers, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch
• Tracking stock and shipments using warehouse management systems
• Managing delivery schedules and booking collections
• Resolving delivery issues and investigating stock discrepancies
• Supporting general warehouse operations when needed
• Maintaining accurate stock records and dispatch logs

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse coordination, or logistics
• Good IT skills – confident with Excel, Outlook, and stock systems
• Strong organisational and communication abilities
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• FLT or Bendi licence is a bonus but not essential
