Adult Social Worker - Hospital Team - West Sussex 
Pay Rate -  £35 per hour  

Worthing Hospital   
Working arrangements: Hospital based you will be required to attend the hospital 5 days per week - will be required to attend the hospital to support with duty and visit the wards to undertake assessments and attend family meetings etc We also work as part of the multi-disciplinary team covering the ward you will be working on.
