Adult Social Worker – Hospital Team – Devon
Pay rate  £31-£35 per hour
Contract role –  You will be required to attend Derriford Hospital 1 week out of 4 (To cover 5 days that week). Remaining 3 weeks will be working from home.
There may be a need to travel to Tavistock
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
