๐ Role Summary:ย This role focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support to our client's Installation Department and assisting with diary management tasks.
๐ Key Responsibilities:
- ๐๏ธ Monitor CRM data on their system (SAGE), follow up with stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate data, and provide reports as required.
- ๐ Generate reports for internal use as needed.
- ๐ ๏ธ Support with arranging and facilitating installations, including preparing documents and site-specific information, and distributing materials.
- ๐ Assist in organising conferences and off-site meetings.
- ๐ย Travel Coordination - Arrange domestic travel logistics, including train tickets, accommodations, and transportation.
- ๐๏ธย Administrative Support - Maintain accurate company documentation, provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling and correspondence, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- ๐ข Previous administration experience in an office environment.
- ๐ Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- ๐ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- ๐ป Proficiency in office software and calendar management tools.
- ๐ Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- ๐งฉ Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- ๐ค Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour.
