Installtion Support Coordinator

๐Ÿ” Role Summary:ย This role focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support to our client's Installation Department and assisting with diary management tasks.

๐Ÿ“‹ Key Responsibilities:
  • ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Monitor CRM data on their system (SAGE), follow up with stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate data, and provide reports as required.
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Generate reports for internal use as needed.
  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Support with arranging and facilitating installations, including preparing documents and site-specific information, and distributing materials.
  • ๐Ÿ“… Assist in organising conferences and off-site meetings.
  • ๐Ÿš†ย Travel Coordination - Arrange domestic travel logistics, including train tickets, accommodations, and transportation.
  • ๐Ÿ—ƒ๏ธย Administrative Support - Maintain accurate company documentation, provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling and correspondence, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Key Qualifications/Experience:
  • ๐Ÿข Previous administration experience in an office environment.
  • ๐Ÿ“… Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • ๐Ÿ“ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • ๐Ÿ’ป Proficiency in office software and calendar management tools.
  • ๐Ÿ”’ Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • ๐Ÿงฉ Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
