Groundworks, Flagging & Kirbing

Opportunity to work with an established house builder on one of their sites in Chorley, a 6 week contract with potential to extend. This is a full time role, Monday -Thursday 8am-5pm, & Fridays 8am- 3.30pm. 

The successful candidates must be highly experienced in all of the following:-

• Flagging, Kerbing, Edging – Working from drawings. Must be able to form and lay to correct levels.
• Drainage, Concrete and Flagging.
• Setting up and taking down the construction site before and after works.Operating plant machinery to perform excavation or earthmoving tasks.
• Respect for Health and Safety regulations and procedures
• Understanding of Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

The following is desirable-

• Valid StreetWorks Training
• Valid Confined Space Training
• Drainage laying ability

Essential to have relevant experience and hold a valid, in date CSCS card and full clean driving licence. Please provide a CV and copy of CSCS card on application. Candidate will need to have own handtools and saftey boots.
