Job Description:
As a Night Shift Track Loader Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Operate track loaders to handle, transport, and load materials efficiently and safely.
• Manage excavation, grading, or loading tasks as required for the project.
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the site manager.
• Work closely with team members, including site supervisors, truck drivers, and ground staff, to complete nightly operations.
• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination of tasks.
• Follow all company and regulatory safety standards, including PPE use and equipment operation protocols.
• Contribute to a safe work environment by identifying and mitigating potential hazards.

 What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience operating track loaders or similar heavy machinery.
• Punctuality and a strong work ethic for consistent night shift performance.
• Ability to work night shifts, including overtime.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and basic equipment troubleshooting.
