The Role:

✅ Structural defect surveys – diagnosing issues, providing expert recommendations
✅ Mentoring & developing junior engineers – supporting the next generation of talent
✅ Project leadership – overseeing structural designs from concept to completion
✅ Client engagement – liaising with developers, architects, and stakeholders
✅ Pathway to Director – take a lead role in shaping the company’s future

What they are looking for:

✔ Chartered (IStructE or ICE) or near Chartered status
✔ Strong experience in structural defect surveys and assessments
✔ Leadership qualities – ability to mentor and manage junior engineers
✔ Proven track record in delivering structural projects across multiple sectors
✔ Ambition to step into a senior leadership/director role
