The Role:

βœ… Structural defect surveys – diagnosing issues, providing expert recommendations
βœ… Mentoring & developing junior engineers – supporting the next generation of talent
βœ… Project leadership – overseeing structural designs from concept to completion
βœ… Client engagement – liaising with developers, architects, and stakeholders
βœ… Pathway to Director – take a lead role in shaping the company’s future
