Job Description

Sales Advisor – New Homes
Location: Barnstaple North Devon
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week ideally Thursday - Monday ( 1 weekend off a month )
starting at 10.00am - 5.00pm
Salary - £28,382 Basic, OTE of £50k

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join a growing team in Branstaple.
Based in the sales office you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, you will play a pivotal role in guiding them through their journey of purchasing a new home.

Your responsibilities will include:

Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice.
Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry to home handover, ensuring a seamless experience.
Maintain show homes and sales offices to the highest standards, reflecting our brand's quality.
Respond promptly to sales leads and following them up
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Work towards achieving sales targets and maximising revenue for each property.

Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within housebuilding, estate agency
Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Market Knowledge: Understanding of the construction and property markets and their driving factors.
Negotiation Skills: Capability to negotiate effectively to maximise revenue.
Driving Licence: A full, valid driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.
