Exeter outskirts
Part-time Monday Friday 8.30am - 12.30pm contract role
or can be full-time permanent 8.30am - 5.00pm from 2026!
£22k - £24 pro rota
Are you someone who loves creating a great first impression and enjoys helping others? We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and organised concierge to be the friendly face that welcomes visitors and supports day-to-day operations in a vibrant enviroment.
This role is all about making people feel welcome, keeping things running smoothly, and helping create a positive, professional environment.
Working in beautiful surroundings on the outside of Exeter close to good transport links, offering free parking and company benefits on site, the idea person will be either working part-time in a contract role and willing to up their hours to full-time when its required or part-time on a contract.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting tenants and visitors with a friendly and professional approach
- Managing post & distributing to several offices
- building relationships with residents & organising office moves
- Keeping communal areas, meeting rooms, and kitchens tidy
- Coordinating room bookings and maintaining schedules
- Carrying out weekly fire alarm tests for different facilities
- Reporting any maintenance issues and supporting smooth building operations
🙌 What We’re Looking For:
- A welcoming, approachable personality with a passion for great service
- Must have a customer service background and worked in front-of-house roles
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic IT systems
- reliable and a good communication, outgoing approach
- A hands-on team player who’s happy to pitch in wherever needed
