Customer Service Advisor

Location: Warrington, WA4
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30, plus one Saturday every three weeks, 09:00–16:00.
Pay Rate: £12.66 per hour; £15.00 per hour for Saturday work.
Start Date: 03/11/2025
Contract Length: Temporary ongoing, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.

Our client is a long-established leader in the vehicle repair industry, working closely with major insurance companies. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated Claims and Customer Service Agent to join their fast-paced Warrington team.

The Role
You’ll handle customer claims from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a team, and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer calls and register new claims.
  • Arrange bookings, collections, and courtesy car allocations.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage customer queries.
  • Escalate any issues or complaints appropriately.

About You
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Computer literate and comfortable using databases.

Desirable:
  • Experience in claims, motor insurance, or body shop environments.
  • Contact centre experience or knowledge of Advance Bodyshop System.
