Resident Advisor

Resident Advisor - £12.22 per hour – Temp – SE London

Student accommodation provider is seeking a temporary Resident Advisor to support at their site in South Bermondsey.

This is a temporary role to start ASAP for an initial 3-week period and will pay £12.22 per hour.

Working hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The Resident Assistant will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering exceptional customer service over email, phone and in-person.

The ideal Resident Advisor will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

• Previous front of house / reception experience
• Customer service experience in a people focused environment
• A confident IT user Microsoft office
• Experience of handling queries and able to provide appropriate solutions
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Able to work from own initiative
• Have a polite, friendly and approachable manner.
• Strong Interpersonal skills
