Job Description
Pertemps is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client, a well-established manufacturing facility in Corby, for a full-time Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and professional individual to join a dynamic team and play a vital role in the company’s daily operations.
Shift Patterns:
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM (Flexible hours)
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional reception, telephone, and administrative support. Your duties will include:
- Promptly answer all incoming calls using the approved company greeting
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments efficiently, ensuring accurate message forwarding
- Greet and assist all visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company
- Route faxes to relevant departments and manage the efficient operation of internal and external mail services
- Log and distribute customer leads into the database
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments as required.
- Undertake any ad hoc duties that support overall business operations.
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
