We are seeking a reliable and proactive Stores Operative to join the team within a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our stores department, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of components, materials, and products in accordance with aerospace quality standards.
Shift Patterns / Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4pm and Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm
Overtime paid at 1.5 x after 39 hours

Day to Day includes:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials in line with aerospace industry protocols.
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch parts and assemblies to production or external customers.
- Ensure stock is correctly stored and organised to maintain traceability and minimise damage or loss.
- Use stock control systems and software to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support production by ensuring the timely delivery of components and materials.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full stock audits.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or quality issues to the relevant departments.
- Comply with company health and safety procedures, quality standards, and aerospace regulatory requirements.
- Operate lifting equipment, pallet trucks, and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean and orderly working environment within the stores area.
What we're looking for….
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience working in a Stores or Dispatch team.
- Be able to lift up 20kg
- Have a positive and approachable demeanor
- Fluent in English language written and verbal
