Chapel Attendant – Crematorium

Location: Perth

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 – 16:30

Pay: £13.90 per hour


 We are looking for a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Chapel Attendant at crematorium in Perth. This is a meaningful role where you will support families and visitors during some of their most difficult moments, ensuring the highest levels of dignity, respect and care.

 
What the Role Involves: 

• Assisting with the smooth running of funeral services within the chapel
  
  
• Providing a calm, supportive presence to families and funeral directors
  
  
• Preparing and maintaining the chapel to a high standard
  
  
• Operating basic crematorium or chapel equipment (full training provided)
  
  
• Ensuring all services start on time and run professionally
  
  
• Offering general customer assistance and answering enquiries in a sensitive manner
  
  
• Carrying out light administrative tasks as required
