Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:45 – 16:30
• Friday: 07:30 – 13:30
  Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join a busy wax assembly team in Worcester. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity, ideal for candidates with previous experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling wax components to precise specifications
• Inspecting finished parts for quality and consistency
• Handling materials and tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following work instructions and production schedules
• Supporting other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is essential
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take on new task
