Warehouse Packer

Location: Kidderminster
Hours: Monday and Tuesday 07:30 - 16:30 or 08:30 - 17:00
Pay: £12.25 per hour
Contract: Temporary

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Packer on behalf of our client based in Kidderminster. This is a temporary position to support a busy period, but for the right candidate, it could develop into a long-term opportunity.
We're looking for someone who has previous experience in a packing role and can hit the ground running in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Duties of a Warehouse Packer:

• Pack products according to order sheets
• Use a handheld scanner to confirm items before backing
• Label packages accurately and ensure proper sealing and wrapping
• Inspect items for damage or defects before packing
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the packing area
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets

The Requirements of a Warehouse Packer:

• Previous experience in packing or despatch
• Ability to stand, lift, and move packages throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Flexibility to work additional shifts should the workload increase
