Overview of Support Coordinator:
Pertemps is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a proactive and motivated Support Coordinator to join our growing team in London Borough of Harrow. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact by improving the lives of tenants and prospective tenants. This position offers a competitive pay rate of £17.66 per hour (PAYE).

Main Purpose of the Support Coordinator:

• Support Tenants with tenancy needs, housing services, and referrals.
• Inspect and maintain communal areas in Sheltered Housing.
• Resolve complex Tenant issues.
• Handle payments for Guest Room and TV licenses.
• Oversee repairs and coordinate handy person services.
• Promote social activities and manage communal spaces.
• Minimize vacant home revenue loss through effective viewings and monitoring.
• Assist new Tenants with resettlement and orientation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of Health and Safety in Sheltered Housing.
• Experience with risk assessments and management.
• Awareness of equality issues.
• Strong organizational skills and urgency in action.
• Basic literacy and numeracy for instructions and forms.
• Significant experience working with older people.
• Initiative to work independently.
