Fleet Compliance officer

Aviation Recruitment Network are recruiting for a Fleet Compliance Officer at a leading International cargo company in Heathrow Airport. This is a career oppourtunity with long term progression available. The ideal candidate will ensure that the company's fleet operations comply with all relevant airfield regulations.

Key duties and responsibilities of Fleet Compliance Officer include:
• Developing and implementing fleet administration standards and vehicle operating policies.
• Monitoring fleet operations to ensure compliance with Heathrow Airport rules and regulations.
• Conducting vehicle registration, insurance, and documentation.
• Maintaining and presenting all required records and reports for the fleet.
• Coordinating regular vehicle inspections and maintenance with drivers.
• Addressing and resolving issues or complaints from drivers.
• Supporting the training and educating drivers on safety, and legal compliance.
• Helping with accident reporting and investigation procedures.
• Assisting with the finance department to plan and manage fleet budgets.

The role is office/field based 5 days per week, Monday to Friday with flexible morning start times! Pay rate of £15.50 p/h with over time rates of £28.52!

Requirements of Fleet compliance officer:
• You will need to be eligible for an airside pass (no criminal history)
• Good computer literacy particularly Excel an the MS office package
• Competent IT skills able to use digital system such as telematics, digital driver walk around checks software and other transport IT systems
• Analytical and logical approach to problem solving
• Reports to the compliance manager
