Position: Cargo Warehouse Operative
Location: London Heathrow Airport and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: £12.50 p/h Days and £13.25 p/h Nights
Shift pattern: 4 on 2 off
Day Shifts: 0800AM to 16:30PM & 16:00PM to 00:30AM
Nigh Shift: 22:00PM to 06:30AM

We are recruiting for Cargo Warehouse Operatives for a company based in Heathrow Airport.

As a Cargo Warehouse Operative, you will receive:
• £12.50 p/h Day shift & 13.25 p/h for Night shift
• Free parking in ULEZ free zone.
• Free Cargo Operative Training.
• DBS re-imbursement after 4 weeks of employment.


To be successful for this Cargo Warehouse Operative position:
• 6 month or more experience working in cargo warehouse.
• Ability to load and unload parcels between 15kg to 25kg.
• Be prepared to work in a manual environment.
• Be prepared to work shifts pattern.


Successful Cargo Warehouse Operative will be subject to:
• A 5-year checkable history for security vetting purposes.
• A clear DBS – Criminal Record check (refundable).
• Good standard of numeracy and literacy and ability to pass DfT Cargo Operative Training.


Cargo Warehouse Operative duties will include:
• Build and break down aircraft pallets and store in warehouse racks.
• Build cargo onto aircraft units to airline specifications.
• Scanning cargo and completion of airfreight documentation.
• Performing other warehouse duties when required.


As Cargo Warehouse Operative you will work shift pattern:
• Day shift – 08:00 hrs to 16:30 hrs
• Mid-day shift – 16:00 hrs – 00:30 hrs
• Night shift – 22:00 hrs – 06:30 hrs
• Above shifts will be 4 days on 2 days shift pattern


Public transport to the site operates from 0400 hrs.
