Polishing and Finishing Technician

Pertemps are seeking a motivated Junior/Trainee Precision Engineering Technician to join a specialist engineering company in East Grinstead. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in precision engineering with full training provided.


Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cleaning high-grade machined components
• Inspecting surfaces and reporting defects
• Fault finding and quality checking against job/serial numbers
• Packing components into specialist crates for shipment
• Supporting factory operations, including deliveries and collections
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Strong attention to detail and methodical approach
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
• Engineering or mechanical background is advantageous but not essential
• Positive attitude and pride in quality work
