We're working with a well-established business in the luxury sector to recruit an experienced, customer-focused Project Administrator to join their team on a 12-month maternity contract.

Based at their modern offices in Crawley, this is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside consultants and clients, ensuring a seamless project experience from start to finish. The role requires a confident communicator who thrives on detail and enjoys delivering nothing less than perfection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and project support to the sales team and account managers
  • Raise sales orders, quotes, and manage project documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams to keep clients updated throughout each stage
  • Accurately schedule activities and maintain data in the CRM system
  • Respond quickly to client and consultant queries with clear, detailed information

What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in project administration or sales support
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident handling multiple projects and working to high standards
  • Professional, polished, and able to build trusted relationships with both colleagues and HNWI clients

The Package:
  • Starting salary of £35,000pa
  • Monday-Friday working hours (7:30am-4:30pm)
