Dispatch & Warehouse Assistant

We're recruiting on behalf of a world-renowned producer for a Dispatch & Warehouse Assistant to join their busy Uckfield depot.

About the Role:
This role is vital to the smooth running of the warehouse, with a strong focus on forklift operation. You'll be constantly using a forklift to move highly valuable and specific crates, so precision and attention to detail are absolutely essential.

Your key duties will include:

• Safe and efficient forklift operation to handle expensive, delicate crates
• Picking and packing orders accurately as required
• Managing and monitoring stock levels within the warehouse
• Working both independently and as part of a team to maintain warehouse organisation and efficiency

About You:

• Proven forklift experience with strong operational skills
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling high-value items
• Strong understanding of stock control and warehouse logistics
• Reliable, organised, and able to work well on your own as well as part of a team

Package:

• Salary of up to £27,500pa
• Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
