Our client, a reputable engineering company, is seeking a talented and experienced TIG Welder to join their team in Crawley. If you take pride in your craft and are seeking a role where your skills will be valued, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out high-quality TIG welding, with partial MIG welding when required.
• Work with a variety of materials including stainless steel, brass, and aluminium (minimum thickness 5mm).
• Clean, polish, and complete your work to an impeccable standard.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and plans, ensuring precise execution.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects to exact specifications.

About You:

• Proven experience in TIG welding, with additional skills in MIG welding an advantage.
• Strong background in sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and understand technical engineering drawings.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Experience with working on materials with a minimum thickness of 5mm is essential.

What's On Offer:

• Competitive salary, £32,000 - £34,000pa DOE. (Overtime available at time & half)
• Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm (1.30pm finish on Friday)
• 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
