  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the documentation management process, recommending and implementing new tools, technologies, or workflows to optimise document control and management.
Base location: This is a hybrid role and base location is flexible depending on the successful candidate; however, you will be expected to travel to sites across the Thames Valley for meetings when required.

Working hours: 36 hours

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Confident interpreting and understanding complex technical documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other document management tools.
  • Higher education or experience in a related subject (HNC or equivalent)
  • Experienced in document control or asset management documentation, preferably within an engineering or asset-heavy industry, is desirable.
  • Professional certifications in document control or records management (e.g., Certified Document Control Professional (CDCP), ISO 9001) is desirable.
What’s in it for you?

This role provides ample opportunities for cross-functional growth, including experience in asset management, engineering documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Competitive salary of up to £57,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Annual Leave of 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service (plus bank holidays)
  • Generous Pension Scheme through AON
  • Access to lots of benefits to help you take care of you and your family’s health and wellbeing, and your finances – from annual health MOTs and access to physiotherapy and counselling, to Cycle to Work schemes, shopping vouchers and life assurance.
